I’m Katie, a certified personal trainer and I’m on a mission to change the tune when it comes to women’s relationship with exercise, and how they train.

I specialise in helping women ignite a lifelong love and commitment to fitness, and the empowerment it brings.

Why Rebel Yell? Because when a woman has a positive relationship with fitness it’s radical, it’s punk and it’s powerful.

  • BESPOKE PROGRAMMES

    Designed to meet your needs, your past and present relationship with fitness, your likes and your goals which is then tailored to be progressive via regular feedback sessions to ensure it’s working for you.

    In-person training, nutrition advice and meal logging are also available as add-ons.

    PRE-DESIGNED PROGRAMMES

    Hop between programmes for the home, outdoors and/or the gym. Each programme is designed to meet different goals: weight loss, muscle gain, agility.

  • BESPOKE PROGRAMMES: £50 per month.

    PRE-DESIGNED PROGRAMMES: £14.99 per month.

  • Rebel Yell is committed to inclusive, non-judgemental, flexible training that is shaped around you.

    Your programme begins with a relaxed but in-depth consultation, so I can find out more about your relationship with your body, fitness and the journey that has brought you here – and how you’d like to move forward.

  • BESPOKE PROGRAMMES

    Once I have designed your programme, you’ll be able to access the workouts for a fortnight ahead via a free app.

    Each workout comes loaded with guidance from me, videos, tips, timers, a log, and the option to comment and rate difficulty.

    Your programme will be updated fortnightly and progression is based on your feedback.

    PRE-DESIGNED PROGRAMMES

    Pre-designed programmes are also available via the free app. Each workout comes loaded with guidance from me, videos, tips and timers and a log so you can track progress. Switch between programmes to hit different goals, as and when you want to.
